About
Good balls shouldn't cost a fortune
BirdieBros started with a simple observation: golfers lose a lot of golf balls, and a new sleeve of tour balls costs more than a round at most municipal courses.
We buy, clean, sort, grade and resell used and recovered golf balls. Most of them come out of ponds, creeks and rough on courses where they were played once and lost. They're still perfectly good golf balls — they just needed someone to go get them.
Every ball we sell is washed, inspected by hand, and sorted by brand, model and condition. We grade honestly: Mint means Mint, and Grade B means you'll see marks. We'd rather set the right expectation than surprise you when the box arrives.
The goal is straightforward. Make quality golf balls more affordable so people play more golf, and keep recovered balls in play instead of in a landfill. That's the whole business.
We're not going to tell you a used Pro V1 outperforms a new one. It doesn't. What we will tell you is that for most golfers, most of the time, a Mint recovered tour ball is far more ball than they need — at a price that makes losing one hurt a lot less.
