Shipping & Returns
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Bulk orders may take longer and we'll confirm a timeline with you directly.
Delivery
Standard delivery typically arrives 3–7 business days after shipment. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created. Shipping is free on orders over $75.
Returns
Unopened orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the order was incorrect or damaged.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace the item or refund that portion of your order. Cosmetic wear consistent with the grade purchased is expected on used golf balls and is not considered damage.
