No. All token sales are final — tokens are prepaid store credit and can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, whether they've been spent or not. If something goes wrong with an order, we'll make it right with a replacement or token credit instead.

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace the item or credit its full token value back to your wallet — your choice. Sealed products that arrive opened or crushed are always covered.

Battles pit you against other players (or our house bot) in head-to-head box openings. Everyone opens the same box at the same time and the best pull takes the pot — with several modes, from lowest single pull to full-round scoring. If a battle ends in a tie, a live spin decides the winner.

Head to Build a Box, choose the prizes you want to include, set each prize's odds and the opening cost, then submit it for review. Once approved and published, other players can open it and you earn a creator fee on every opening — capped at 4%.

The leaderboard ranks players by their verified pulls and wins across boxes, battles and rewards. Big pulls show up in the live win feed, so you can always see what's landing for real players right now.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions renew automatically each period and bill to your saved payment method. You can cancel any time from your account page and you'll keep your perks until the end of the current period. If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry and email you before pausing perks.

Can I take a break or close my account?

Any time. You can set your own spending limits in your account settings, or contact us to self-exclude or close your account. Tokens are store credit — if you close your account, remaining tokens are forfeited, so spend or ship what you have first.
