Are BirdieBros golf balls used?

Yes. Every ball we sell is a used or recovered ball. They are collected from courses, then cleaned, inspected, sorted and graded before they're listed.

What does Mint / Grade A / Grade B mean?

Mint has very little to no visible wear and is in excellent playing condition. Grade A has minor cosmetic imperfections but performs excellently. Grade B has more visible marks or discoloration but is still playable. Practice balls are more worn and intended for practice.

Are used golf balls safe to play?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A golf ball's core and cover are durable, and balls that pass our inspection perform close to new for the vast majority of golfers. Balls with cracks, cuts or waterlogging are removed during sorting.

Can I request a specific brand?

Accepted Answer

Our premium listings are brand and model specific. Standard, budget and practice packs are mixed-brand by design. For bulk orders you can tell us your brand preferences on the bulk request form and we'll do our best to match them.

Do you sell bulk quantities?

Yes. We offer bulk pricing for tournaments, leagues, driving ranges, courses, coaches, schools and businesses. Send us a request through the Bulk Orders page.

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

What happens if I receive a damaged ball?

Accepted Answer

Let us know within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund that portion of your order. Normal cosmetic wear consistent with the grade you bought isn't considered damage.

Can I return my order?

Accepted Answer

Unopened orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact us first so we can send return instructions.
